For the manufacture of our products, we have implemented a rigorous production process. This process enables us to design technical components and packaging that precisely meet your specifications.

• Cold impact extrusion on horizontal presses from 30 to 800T.
• Die-stamping, marking and embossing on presses from 15 to 200T.
• Side-trimming, threading, crimping and other finishing on special machines.
• Degreasing on 3 automatic machines, using hydrocarbon chloride and other cleaning agents.
• Decoration of tubes, rigid cases and aerosol shells on 4-colour offset machines: 8 lines for printing and inner and outer varnishing.
• Vibratory finishing and special heat treatments.
• Design and manufacture of automated units for specific requirements.
